My stay felt a bit average overall; the views from the resort were nice, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and some of the service I received. While the rooms could be far better, the restaurant service was commendable, and the food was quite tasty. The pool hours were quite restrictive, which was frustrating. Given the price, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more satisfying experience.

I had a mixed experience at this resort while traveling from Shimla. The location is beautiful, and the amenities are decent, but the service and dining left much to be desired. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the resort, but some aspects like the breakfast could definitely be improved. The effort to keep out unwanted crowds is commendable, but it feels like they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

The Jr. Suite I stayed in was located at the far end of the property and felt gloomy and isolated. It didn't meet my expectations for a relaxing stay.

My stay at Timber Trail Heights was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location provided some beautiful views and the spacious room had good amenities, the service was surprisingly poor, which really dampened the experience. The management seemed inflexible and unwelcoming when I inquired about an upgrade, and I felt like a valued guest was the last thing they aimed to be. Overall, I enjoyed the view but was disappointed in the service I received.

I didn't dine extensively during my stay, but I remember seeing some enticing options in the restaurant. I’m sure they had a decent variety, but I didn’t get to try them.

The resort offers a beautiful escape from the bustling city life, surrounded by the stunning Shivalik Hills. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, making for a cozy stay. While the service was hit or miss—great at times but disappointing during my upgrade request—the overall experience was sufficient for a quick getaway. Dining could use improvements, but the serenity of the location makes up for it.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I wouldn't say they're worth an extravagant spend. I was in a Jr. Suite that felt quite far from everything, which was a little disappointing.
